Abstract

An interview with Chris Rao, vice president and Board Member of Goodrich Aerospace Service India is presented. When ask what company he started as grassroot, he referred to a grassroots company with some of the good engineers from Westerwork. He also mentions his aspirations when he was in college, whereby, to get into a good company. He also describes his experience fifteen years passed since he left Voltas as sales manager.
