Abstract

K Ramachandran, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Philips India, a subsidiary of the Dutch electronics giant Philips Electronics NV, shares the Philips experience as he speaks on the post-liberalisation scenario and its effects on the Indian market, aspects of the parentsubsidiary relationship and the nuances of restructuring.
