Description

There's an old story about Dhirubhai Ambani and Rupert Murdoch. Keen on investing in India, Murdoch arrived in Delhi and met key officials manning the licence-permit raj. Dhirubhai replied, "to succeed in India, you must meet all the wrong people!"
