Women on boards: where HR meets corporate sustainability

Description

In March 2010, the World Economic Forum released the first comprehensive global study benchmarking gender equality practices and comparative statistics on the employment of women in the corporate sector. Based on a survey of 600 heads of Human Resources at the world’s largest employers across 20 countries, The Corporate Gender Gap Report 2010 examines the magnitude and scope of gender-based disparities, the barriers to the advancement of women into corporate leadership, and the extent to which gender inclusion practices are adopted across different countries.
