Abstract

Ihe book under review, as the author says in the preface, has been mainly targeted at new entrants and students in communication- related fields such as advertising, public relations and media. The book starts with the subject of what business communication is about, and covers aspects of written, verbal and non-verbal communication and how to make them effective. This could serve as a useful hand book for beginners as well as other more experienced practitioners and “executives on-run”.
