Abstract

Organisational Ethnography, by Suchitra Mouly and Jayaram Sankaran applies the insider or ethnographic perspective to the study of Indian R&D settings. In spite of its rather forbidding title, (ethnography according to the Webster’s dictionary is cultural anthropology), there are some interesting and novel aspects to this research work.
