Abstract
Organisations and individuals live in an era of constant change. Growth and survival are dependent on coping with these trends and changes. Many organisations suffer from increasing costs, stagnating productivity and shrinking profits, mostly due to lack of original thinking by the management and the employees. In today’s business, organisations face new problems, unique opportunities and the unexpected. The corporate management, apart from coping on a reactive basis, must develop sheer power of new innovative ideas. New products and services, effective marketing strategies and new technologies need to be developed using creative ideas.
