Abstract

As the case method of instruction in teaching and training in business and management education finds increasing acceptance, the focus is now on how to enhance the quality of business cases that are written, and also on how to upgrade the quality of teaching through the case method. More and more users of cases, and the authors themselves, would want to evaluate cases before deciding to use them.
