Over the years, management education has evolved and emerged as a key contributor toward developing business management acumen. This is reflected in the continued relevance of management education, expansion of business schools globally and in India. Given the rapid changes in the business environment and the need to respond effectively, there has been a call for exploring ways to bring about the practical application of management knowledge. As a result, with an aim to facilitate experiential learning, various initiatives have been incorporated into the management curriculum. This chapter presents an overview of the innovative pedagogies that have been adopted by some of the leading management institutes in India.
