Abstract

Readers who pick up any book on knowledge management, intellectual capital or the learning organisation, approach it with a single objective: what does it mean and how do I implement it? The success or otherwise of any such book, therefore, will to a large extent depend on how well it answers these questions. Huseman and Goodman have done a singularly comprehensive job of answering these questions with conceptual clarity and practical implementability.
